Upper Class Twit Of The Year – ‘Shooting Themselves’

Recent posts eg. ‘The Village’, ‘The Turn Of The Screw’ and ‘Those Who Are Ready To Serve’ have explained how people in Somerset who knew Brown and I before we went to university used their knowledge of what happened to me at the hands of Dafydd et al in north Wales for great personal gain. These people personally knew others involved with Tory and Liberal/SDP politics, including politicians who were concealing the Westminster Paedophile Ring and the activities of Dafydd et al in particular. One of the Somerset contingent became involved with the Dangerous Sports Club in the late 1980s and over the next few years found himself in receipt of a vast amount of money.

The DSC was founded by Oxford graduate and conman David Kirke. Kirke was from an affluent family which included a few prominent lawyers and was a tosser of the highest order. His passport described him as a ‘film director’, but as far as I could find out, the only work that Kirke ever did was writing articles for soft porn mags such as ‘Mayfair’ and ‘Penthouse’. Kirke travelled around the world setting up meaningless stunts in the name of the DSC and systematically swindled people. His cover story was that he was ‘an Oxford professor’ – which was what I was told that he was, although it was quite clear to Brown and me that he was no such thing – and after booking into the best hotel in whichever part of the world he was kipping in, Kirke would target trusting people, befriend them and literally do the ‘gosh I’ve lost my chequebook and wallet, they must have been stolen by that fuzzy wuzzy who cleaned my room yesterday’, as he checked out of the hotel carefully ensuring that he was checking out at exactly the same time as the folk with whom he had made friends. They would then pay the Oxford professor’s bill, believing this eminent academic’s word that they would be repaid the minute that he got home. They never saw their money again.

Kirke did this for years before he was finally imprisoned in the 1990s. Nonetheless he got off pretty lightly – most of his numerous swindles did not result in charges and a Top Doctor’s report was produced explaining that Kirke was a harmless ‘Walter Mitty’ character and manic to boot. No he wasn’t, Kirke was a conman and a very accomplished one at that. I wondered at the time why Kirke targeted those in Somerset because I could not see what he was getting out of it. He was an insufferable snob and his usual prey were the rich and famous or bent politicians, not a load of bumpkins in Somerset. Kirke befriended Graham Chapman of Monty Python fame when he heard that Chapman was terminally ill. Kirke observed that this would provide a good opportunity to pick up ‘some crumbs from the rich man’s table’. When Chapman was at the very end of his life, Kirke tried to persuade a member of the Somerset bunch to go and visit the dying Chapman because Kirke had his mind on that will. Kirke’s new friend from Somerset refused to go because he couldn’t be arsed with a death-bed visit.

Graham Chapman regularly picked up teenaged boys for sex and ‘adopted’ a 13 year old boy who had run away from Liverpool, John Tomiczec.  Associates of Chapman acknowledged that Chapman’s relationship with John was not really ‘fatherly’. Chapman told everyone that John was 17 and when a Plod did dare make inquiries, Chapman used his status as a Top Doctor to pull rank on the Plod (see post ‘The International Language Of Screaming’). Chapman was a Bart’s graduate and used the Bart’s network to his advantage. One of the Bart’s network was Professor Linford Rees, Dafydd’s mate and protector (see post ‘A Galaxy Of Talent’). A great many of Dafydd’s victims – kids in care, patients from secure hospitals or drug users – came from Liverpool. Liverpool Social Services and Ashworth Hospital supplied Dafydd with vulnerable young people for years. Graham Chapman was a regular visitor to Snowdonia because he was a keen climber. John Tomiczec accompanied Chapman on his trips to Snowdonia and from what I have read, John might have actually been in north Wales when Chapman met him and ‘took him in’.

The Somerset contingent met a whole stream of celebs and the offspring of prominent Tories/establishment figures via Kirke, including Tommy Leigh-Pemberton, the son of Sir Robin Leigh-Pemberton, the son of the Governor of the Bank of England. Tommy Leigh-Pemberton was murdered in Kenya as a result of his fuckwittery and the circumstances of his death were concealed (see post ‘The Village’).

I have recently been told that Kirke’s interest in the Somerset clique was solely as a result of their relationship to me and what I had begun to uncover in north Wales and subsequently at St George’s Hospital Medical School.

On one occasion, the monies paid to one of those in Somerset was by means of a Coutts cheque. I was not told who had paid by Coutts, but I heard all about it as did half of Somerset, because the person given the Coutts cheque had never seen one before and had to be reassured that it was ‘real’ – it was explained to him that you didn’t get branches of Coutts in Bridgwater or Taunton, because ‘it is the Queen’s bank’.

What fine company you keep Lilibet!

My how I laughed when Kirke’s man in Somerset received a phone call from ‘City Limits’, who had seen the PR surrounding the DSC and explained that they would be an excellent advertising site. As with Coutts, this man had never heard of ‘City Limits’, so he was sent a copy. He was so horrified by the heavy presence of LGBT articles/adverts that he rang them back and told them that he really didn’t want to be associated with a magazine for homosexuals.

David you bloody idiot, you were being given money by that bunch of twats because Brown and me had tripped over an elite paedophile gang who supplied boys to the associates of Leigh-Pemberton et al. Furthermore I imagine that you are now in a great deal of trouble, as is whoever paid you from their Coutts account.

The Coutts cheque was handed over at some point in the late 1980s/early 90s. Sir David Burdett Money-Coutts (yes, that does seem to be his real name) was MD of Coutts & Co from 1970 and Chairman, 1976-93, finally retiring as a non-executive Director in 1996. Money-Coutts was also Chairman of the Coutts Group from 1991, which compromised Coutts & Co in London; Coutts & Co in Zurich; Coutts and Co Trust Holdings Ltd based in the Isle of Man, with other offices around the world.

Sir David was the seventh generation of the Coutts banking family.  As a personal banker to the Royal family, Money-Coutts was appointed KCVO in 1991. 1991 was the year that my career in medical research and the careers of my two friends in the media who knew about the happenings in north Wales were ruined (see post ‘The Turn Of The Screw’). In Feb 1991 Lilibet knighted Sir Peter Morrison.

Money-Coutts’s other directorships included United States and General Trust Corporation Ltd, 1964-73; the investment group M&G plc, 1987-97, where he was non-executive Chairman, 1991-97;  the discount house Gerrard Group plc, 1969-99, where he was Deputy Chairman, 1969-88;  Phoenix Assurance; Dun & Bradstreet, 1973-87; and NatWest, 1976-90. Money-Coutts was also Chairman of NatWest’s southern regional advisory board, 1989-92.

In 1962 Sir David joined the Board of the Middlesex Hospital, an institution with which Coutts has a long-standing connection. In 1965 Money-Coutts became Chairman of the Middlesex Hospital’s Finance Committee. He remained involved with the Middlesex until he retired as a special Trustee in 2000. Gwynne the lobotomist trained at the Middlesex Hospital and the institution and its alumni network protected him until he died and then it protected his memory.

Professor Geoffrey Chamberlain’s wife Jocelyn worked at the Middlesex whilst Chamberlain concealed research fraud, the crimes of Dafydd and the paedophiles and the paedophile ring operating in south London of which Chamberlain’s mate Professor Oliver Brooke was a member. In 1991, when I was being denounced as dangerous by Springfield Hospital/St George’s, not only did psychiatrists at Springfield/St George’s document their knowledge of Dafydd’s sexual exploitation of patients, but Springfield and Wandsworth Social Services were in direct contact with Dafydd, Tony Francis and Lucille Hughes (see post ‘Some Very Eminent Psychiatrists From London…’).

Money-Coutts was also a member of the Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Area Health Authority and Chairman of the Medical Schools Council. The Medical Schools Council is an organisation that represents the interests and ambitions of the 37 medical schools and one postgraduate school in the UK and the membership is made up of the Deans of the medical schools. Such as the Dean of St George’s, Professor Sir William Asscher, who spent most of his career in Cardiff concealing research fraud and the organised abuse of children and vulnerable adults and then relocated to St George’s after Oliver Brooke was convicted and continued to do exactly the same thing there (see post ‘The White Heat Of This Revolution’).

Money-Coutts also played an active role in UCL and UCH. The Belfast paedophile child psychiatrist Dr Morris Fraser whom the GMC allowed to continue to practice after a conviction for child molestation was involved with Kincora Boys’ Home and later worked at Springfield and UCH. Sir David was in addition involved with Bloomsbury Health Authority, Mansfied College, Oxford, the Mountbatten Memorial Trust, the Church of St Martin in the Fields and the Institute of Sports and Exercise Medicine.

Sir David was the honorary Treasurer for the National Association of Almshouses, 1960-92 and remained a member of the Advisory Board for the rest of his life. Money-Coutts was a Trustee of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Great Britain, 1967-2000 and was still President of its Reading branch in 2012. He was Chairman of the Scout Foundation and the Old Etonian Trust, 1976-01.

David Money-Coutts was Chairman, Charities Investment Managers, 1983-2000.

Money-Coutts was educated at Eton and, after National Service with the 1st The Royal Dragoons, read PPE at New College Oxford, graduating in 1954. So he’ll have been one of Lord Alan Bullock’s circle at New College, many of whom were recruited by the security services and went into politics, concealing much wrongdoing as they went about their business (see post ‘A Study In Tyranny’).

Money-Coutts remained in the TA until 1967, serving with the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars.

The Torygraph’s 2012 obituary of Money-Coutts provides some morsels:

Ably assisted by his cousin and deputy chairman Lord Harrowby, Money-Coutts oversaw a transition of the business into one which kept a sharper watch on cost, profitability and internal efficiency — but also sought to maintain, through personal accessibility and attention to individual customers’ circumstances, the “soul” which one of them, the writer Osbert Sitwell, had praised in earlier times.

Tall and angular [shouldn’t that be ‘bent’ – Ed], Money-Coutts bore a distinct resemblance to his ancestor Thomas, whose statue dominated the foyer of the bank’s Strand headquarters. He also shared the characteristic of “exactness” for which Thomas was famed.

David Money-Coutts had a reserved manner and was a stickler for exactness: he described himself as “fairly pernickety … people say I ought to have been a schoolmaster”. But brusqueness disguised a genuine kindness and concern towards both customers and staff. He was a perfectionist with a practical eye: on his daily round of the bank’s departments, he would sometimes pause to repair an out-of-action item of office machinery. He was also notably unstuffy. “We are not snobs,” he once observed, “though some of our customers are.”

Symbolic of Coutts’ willingness to embrace the future during his tenure was the refurbishment of the Strand building. After a long planning battle, the final design by Sir Frederick Gibberd incorporated the first glazed atrium and internal garden in a London office complex within John Nash’s triangular scheme from 1831, famous for its “pepper pot” corners. When the Queen came to perform the official opening in 1978, Money-Coutts reminded her that his great-great-great-great-grandfather Thomas had been a Gentleman of the Privy Chamber to hers, George III.

With all those greats on both sides,” Her Majesty replied, “I do indeed agree that this is very much a family occasion.” She went on to acknowledge the wisdom of Coutts’ financial advice to royal customers over the generations, “even if they have not always been grateful for it”.

The boom years of the 1980s brought new pressures, both in risk control and in profit performance. Having previously allowed Coutts directors a high degree of autonomy, NatWest began to demand much more from them, and in 1990 a strategy was conceived in which “Coutts & Co” would become the global brand for the group’s services for high-net-worth customers.

Money-Coutts declared that this could be achieved “whilst retaining the character of a much smaller private bank”. But in the view of many observers, his retirement from the chair in 1993 marked the end of the era of benign and cautious but forward-looking dynastic management which had served Coutts and its customers so well…

David’s grandfather and uncle, respectively the 6th and 7th Lords Latymer, were directors of Coutts, but his father Alexander made a career in the Imperial Tobacco Company. David thought of following him until he was invited to join the bank after graduation in 1954. After four years’ probation, including a secondment to a City stockbrokers, he became a junior director.

He married, in 1958, Penelope Todd, who in an unguarded interview at the time of his knighthood revealed that he could cook, iron and sew — indeed, do anything domestic “except give birth” — and that although he was the “kindest, nicest man”, he had once tipped a bowl of bread and butter pudding over her head in anger. She survives him with their son and two daughters.

Here’s Sir David Money-Coutts posing in front of wallpaper – unless it’s an al fresco – so grand that it would even make Derry Irvine feel deprived:

Sir David Money-Coutts - Telegraph

Money-Coutts was a friend of David Malcolm Trustram Eve, 2nd Baron Silsoe QC and worshipped at the same church, All Saints Church, Rotherfield Peppard in Berkshire, where Silsoe served for some years on the Parochial Church Council. Lord David Silsoe was educated at Elm Park Preparatory School, County Armagh, Winchester College and Christ Church, Oxford and was called to the Bar in 1955. In 1963 he married Bridget Min Hart-Davis, daughter of Sir Rupert Hart-Davis and sister of Duff Hart-Davis and Adam Hart-Davis.

Rupert Hart-Davis’s first wife was Peggy Ashcroft and although they split up, they remained good friends for the rest of Ashcroft’s life. Peggy subsequently married Jeremy Hutchison, the celebrated high camp barrister who was a member of the Bloomsbury set. Hutchison might have been entertaining in court but he defended some very seedy people, including serial child molesters. The personal conduct of Jeremy and his mates towards the plebs left a lot to be desired, although they spent their careers ripping other people apart in court on the basis of their alleged moral failings (see post ‘The Village’).

Duff Hart-Davis is a journo who writes for the Indie and is the father of Alice Hart-Davis, who calls herself a ‘journalist and a skincare developer’. Does Alice perhaps write about advances in dermatology? Not really. Alice’s career highlights have included writing for ‘Vogue’ and dispensing advice on skin care for teenagers and young women. Who are of course without wrinkles and in possession of undamaged collagen so do not need advice from Alice. Nonetheless Alice has developed a range of skin care products for teenagers and judges other skin care products. So it is Alice who is responsible for those young women who approach me if I linger too long near the skin care counters and say things like ‘this repairs your DNA’ and then look at me as though I am insane when I reply ‘DNA doesn’t work like that’. Alice, I like the pots of scented face-grease myself, but please do stop telling people who have no scientific education lies about what the scented grease actually does. It smells nice and that’s about it. The ‘active liposomes’ or the sundry other things within the pots of grease do not ‘reverse ageing’ or do anything at all to one’s DNA. Indeed I would be horrified if they did do something to my DNA and I would steer well clear of them. If I wanted my DNA interfered with, I’d go for a hefty dose of radiation, not a pot of face cream.

Adam Hart-Davies is a BBC TV presenter with a PhD in chemistry. As Alice’s uncle and a science educator, surely he should tell Alice that she is spouting rubbish. And ripping off teenagers. Adam Hart-Davis is married to Dr Susan Blackmore, who back in the 1980s used to write such extraordinary stuff for the broadsheets that I am gobsmacked that she retained any academic credibility. Blackmore’s bizarre notions came under the umbrella of ‘parapsychology’, in which she did a PhD at the University of Surrey. Which is seriously weird, because Professor Vincent Marks at Surrey had a great deal to say about pseudoscience, so why he didn’t publicly critique the rubbish that Blackmore was spouting I do not know.

Blackmore’s experiments with psychokinesis and her baby daughter were mentioned in the book to accompany the TV series Arthur C. Clarke’s ‘World Of Strange Powers’. Arthur C. Clarke  grew up on a farm in Bishop’s Lydeard near Taunton and was a high profile old boy of Huish Grammar School, Taunton. Blackmore taught at the University of the West of England until 2001. I can only presume that Susan Blackmore being granted acres of media coverage discussing matters that would have resulted in undergrads failing their degrees if they had done the same and her subsequent academic career was a result of the Strange Powers of Professor Richard Gregory, the neuropsychologist at Bristol University with whom Blackmore’s first husband Tomasz Stanisław Trościanko worked for many years. Tom held Chairs at different times at Bristol, Essex and Sussex Universities and was enthusiastic about doing pretentious things which caught the attention of the sort of journos who couldn’t see through the rubbish that his wife was publishing.

Sound work leading to advances in academic theory? Whoever needs that when Tom is living in the floating harbour at Bristol or hanging out in Amsterdam and do you know, Tom and Susan have a baby daughter who is psychic!!! Yes and when Uri Geller appeared on ‘Nationwide’, everybody’s spoons bent as they lay untouched in the cutlery draw.

Sarah Jenkins from Tregarth near Bethesda did her degree in psychology at Bristol, in the early 1980s. Sarah’s mother was Sheila Jenkins, a social worker employed by Gwynedd County Council who abused mental health patients and was a colleague of the paedophile gang. Jenkins was involved in Prof Mark Williams’s Mindfulness fraud (see post ‘The Biggest Expert Of The Lot’). Jenkins’s husband was Professor David Jenkins, who worked at UCNW when Dafydd and the paedophiles’ friends ran the institution.

After she graduated but before she did postgrad work, Sarah Jenkins was a tenant of Dr D.G.E. Wood, the corrupt GP who was facilitating the trafficking ring in north Wales. Wood was a graduate of the University of Bristol, as was David Hunt, who spent years of his political career in the Welsh Office concealing the trafficking gang which Wood et al were running.

To return to Money-Coutts’s friend David Silsoe. He followed a career in planning law and was leading counsel for the proposers in notable public inquiries, beginning with the Thorp nuclear reprocessing plant and finishing with the Heathrow airport Terminal 5 expansion inquiry. Between the two, Silsoe appeared in public inquiries for Heathrow Terminal 4, Gatwick North Terminal and Sizewell B and Hinkley Point C nuclear power stations.

In October 1990, Coutts and NatWest decided to strengthen their representation internationally and thus the Coutts Group was created when subsidiaries already owned by Coutts and NatWest were merged. In 2000, NatWest was purchased by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), in one of the largest corporate transactions in the European banking sector.

Coutts’s website names William Waldegrave as being someone who is involved with Coutts & Co. Waldegrave was Secretary of State for Health, 1990-92, which covered the years when I and my friends were under serious attack from the paedophile gang. That was also pretty much when that Coutts cheque found its way into the bank account of the man from Somerset who didn’t like poofs but received a great deal of money to keep quiet about what a gang of paedophiles were doing to someone whom he knew.

Waldegrave’s sister, Lady Susan Hussey, was married to Marmaduke Hussey, who was Chairman of the BBC when my friends were forced out of their media careers in the early 1990s. Susan Hussey is a Lady-in-Waiting to Lilibet and Godmother to Prince William. See post ‘The Turn Of The Screw’.

Coutts & Co’s HQ is located in The Strand. Just down the road from the Royal Courts of Justice, where, in 1991, after my career had been ruined and after people in Somerset suddenly found that they had thousands and thousands of pounds on their hands, yet another attempt was made to imprison me by the paedophiles’ friends, on that occasion on the basis of the perjury of Drs Tony and Sadie Francis. The Francis’s used the MDU lawyers, Hempsons, the particular lawyer employed for the case being Ann Ball. Ann Ball not only knew about the criminality on the part of Francis et al, but she advised the Francis’s not to go ahead with the legal action on the grounds that they didn’t have the evidence for their allegations. They ignored Ann Ball’s advice yet she still represented them.

I was not imprisoned as the Drs Francis demanded and as I left the Royal Courts of Justice, I became tangled up with a demo being staged on behalf of Sara Thorton. Sara was been imprisoned for murdering her husband Malcolm and her appeal was being heard on the day that the associates of a gang of paedophiles tried to have me imprisoned after lying on oath. Sara didn’t win her appeal that day, but she was released on appeal at a later date. The Thornton case was a feminist cause celebre at the time and it was one of Helena Kennedy’s triumphs. St Helena worked with Professor Nigel Eastman at St George’s Hospital and was a member of Took’s Court Chambers with Michael Mansfield (see post ‘Eve Was Framed – As Were A Lot Of Other People’). I wrote to Mansfield about what was happening to me in north Wales in 1993 and Mansfield sent me a one-line reply.

In those days St Helena was involved with WISH, a charity dedicated to helping women in secure hospitals. Most of those women were in those institutions because they had dared tell people that they had been abused as kids in care or in the mental health system. I am not aware that WISH took one case on behalf of a woman on these grounds and they certainly didn’t speak out about these matters. They focused their efforts on women like Sara Thornton, who had been involved in violent domestic incidents or who had been on the receiving end of sexual violence from people other than welfare professionals. WISH knew that Jimmy Savile was sexually assaulting women in Broadmoor – it is thought that two women killed themselves at Broadmoor as a direct consequence of Savile’s actions – but they said not a word. See post ‘Close Your Eyes And Make A WISH’ for further details of this prize bunch of lame hypocrites.

St Helena has been married to Top Doctor Iain Hutchison since 1986. Iain’s Top Doctor colleagues really like St Helena. She is an Honorary Fellow of both the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and Helena was entrusted to Chair the Human Genetics Commission (1998-07) and the Royal Colleges of Pathologists’ and of Pædiatrics’ Inquiry into Sudden Infant Death. Helena is the President of Medical Aid for Palestinians and Patron of SafeHands for Mothers, a UK-based charity ‘whose mission is to improve maternal and newborn health by harnessing the power of the visual, through the production of films’.
Among many other things, St Helena is or was:
  • President of the Board the Governors of  SOAS; Chair, JUSTICE; Chair of the Board of Governors for the United World College of the Atlantic (the paedophiles’ friend the Baroness of Ely is involved with this organisation, indeed I expect the Baroness of Ely invited St Helena onto the Board); Chancellor of Oxford Brookes University, 1994–01; Chancellor of Sheffield Hallam University, appointed in 2018; President of the National Children’s Bureau, 1998–2005, (George Thomas the Molester of the Valleys also did a stint as President of the NCB); Member of the World Bank Institute’s External Advisory Council; Vice-President of the Haldane Society, which contains all the other Radical Lawyers who have studiously ignored the organised abuse of children and vulnerable adults; Patron, Liberty, which as NCCL campaigned for paedophiles’ rights; Patron, UNLOCK, The National Association of Ex-Offenders; Patron, Rights Watch; Chair, Howard League’s Commission of Inquiry into Violence in Penal Institutions for Young People (the final report, Banged Up, Beaten Up, Cutting Up, published in 1995; Chair, Reading Borough Council’s Commission of Inquiry into the health, environmental and safety aspects of the Atomic Weapons Establishment at Aldermaston (final report Secrecy versus Safety, published in 1994).
  • St Helena is also Patron, Burma Campaign UK, the London-based group campaigning for human rights and democracy in Burma. I get the impression that a Strong Woman is not listening to St Helena.

So St Helena, why did you conclude that such a large proportion of the Great British Public see no point in voting any more? Or are there a few more lunches and Commissions needed before you can answer that particular question?
I’m glad to say that St Helena is following the Top Docs’ advice and is getting her Five A Day, thus avoiding working class past-times such as obesity. St Helena won’t be Wasting The NHS’s Valuable Resources.

The good fortune enjoyed by so many who knew what was happening to me at the hands of Dafydd et al began in the late 1980s, but by the time that John Major had his feet under the table at Number 10, they really were doing well for themselves. Whilst people tried to set fire to my house. So I’m trying to find out more concerning the backgrounds and activities of those in Gov’t at the time, because, after all, having an account at Coutts is a minority sport, not even your average Top Doc stretches to that.

I’ve nearly finished reading John Major’s autobiography and I’m just about to read ‘Guilty Men: Conservative Decline and Fall, 1992-97’, written by Hywel Williams. Williams is an historian who was John Redwood’s Chief of Staff, 1993-97, so his time working for Redwood spanned Redwood’s years as Secretary of State for Wales, 27 May, 1993-26 June, 1995. Williams’s time as Redwood’s Chief of Staff also covered the shenanigans and musical chairs in the Welsh Office over the June/July 1995, when lies were told about Dafydd retiring and the North Wales Hospital Denbigh closing down, the four days in July 1995 which saw the deaths of corrupt Home Office Drugs Branch mandarin Bing Spear who had been so good to Dafydd for so many years (see post ‘Little Things Hitting Each Other’) as well as Sir Peter Morrison, days before Brown was forced out of his job at Aston University. Then there was Nicola Davies QC’s 2005 review of the police paperwork regarding the abuse of children in north Wales – all the paperwork from 1989 onward was missing – and the subsequent announcement and the beginning of the Waterhouse Inquiry… Not to mention those years when there were serial attempts to have me incarcerated on the basis of no evidence at all, years which coincided with the dead bodies of so many kids in care and mental health patients turning up in north Wales.

I haven’t read Hywel’s book yet, but a review stated that ‘This is the story of an incompetent government, a petulant prime minister and an arrogant political party’. It was also a Gov’t which knowingly played an active role in the most serious crime. It was stated that ‘Much of the publicity this book attracted…was for its more colourful aspects, such as the Tory whips trying to discover sexual indiscretions…’.

It was mentioned in the review of Williams’s book that Peter Lilley had a house in Normandy. In the late 1980s/early 90s there was a trade in houses in Normandy on the part of one estate agent in Bangor. A man called Tony Myers suddenly filled his advertising space with places in Normandy. Myers was the only estate agent in Bangor to do this, everyone else just continued advertising properties in north Wales. Myers was very unpopular in the Bangor area, both among other estate agents and a cross-section of local people. His business practices were said to be so questionable that people were loathe to deal with him. He was ex-Royal Navy and was described to me as being ‘very English and very patronising to women’ – by a middle-class English person. Myers didn’t ever do much work, he sat in his shop puffing on a pipe in the accompany of a very similar old boy with whom he was friends and they sneered at the world going past. I later found out that one of the few people in Bangor with whom Myers was very friendly was a Lieutenant Col who lived locally.

Myers did manage to sell his Normandy properties. He sold them to the more affluent residents of Gwynedd as second homes – a number of them were flogged off to the paedophiles’ friends, including a number of paedophiles’ friends who were involved in campaigning against second home ownership in north Wales. It was at this time that Dafydd was holding ‘clinics’ in France – including in Brittany, not a million miles away from Normandy. John Allen owned a villa in France to which kids in care were taken on ‘holidays’.

Peter Lilley was Secretary of State for Social Security, April 1992-May 1997, who at the 1992 Tory Party Conference sung his now famous ditty – an adaption of the Lord High Executioner’s ‘little list’ song from ‘The Mikado’ by Gilbert and Sullivan – about the people on his own ‘little list’, whom he was going to shaft. The roll call was the usual one, single mothers, people on benefit etc. At the time even Tories commented that Lilley had left a bad taste in the mouth, because of the growing number of sickness benefit claimants. I knew them Lilley, those allegedly living high on the hog sometimes didn’t have enough money for the bus fare into Bangor from Bethesda and were having their lives destroyed by a gang of paedophiles who were causing havoc in north Wales. Which you knew about and concealed.

Some time after Lilley burst into song, during public debate regarding high profile Tory politicians who were gay but refusing to admit it, it was Michael Portillo and Peter Lilley who were named most frequently. Portillo eventually fessed up to being ‘bisexual’ but Lilley maintained that he was the target of wicked lies and that for him, homosexuality was about as appealing as ‘eating cardboard’.

When I lived in Bethesda, I knew a couple of gay men who found north Wales so repressed that they used to head off to gay clubs in Manchester and London. It’s OK Peter, they weren’t on benefit!! They had family money, like so many members of your own party who frothed at the mouth at the thought of kids who’s youth had been spent being raped and battered in the children’s homes of north Wales living it up on benefit in a council flat in Wrexham, which they only secured if they were lucky and had been on a long waiting list. Even then, Mark Humphreys was found hanging from the stairwell after he gave evidence against Superintendent Gordon Anglesea in court. Because he killed himself as a result  of ‘not being believed’. Not because he was murdered you understand. When I asked the gays from Bethesda who the unidentified gay Tories were, I was told without hesitation, ‘Michael Portillo and Peter Lilley’. The two men whom I knew saw Portillo in the clubs that they were frequenting.

When William Hague led the Tory Party, Lilley was Deputy Leader. William who organised the Waterhouse Inquiry, which concealed the bastards who murdered Mark Humphreys.

Hywel Williams observed in his book that politics no longer dealt with the ‘great issues’ and that ‘MPs of all parties were being drawn from a narrower and more homogenous pool of apparatchiks. The outcome, the professionalisation of politics, created a small and isolated political class’. Curiously, Williams believed that ‘the one ray of hope had been when Ken Clarke and Redwood joined forces for the leadership. Michael Heseltine, who helped broker this move, hailed “a historic moment in the history of the Conservative Party. It is the end of years of conflict”. ‘Guardian’ columnist Hugo Young noted a ‘sighting of the Conservative Party we used to know and fear. Ideas, it turns out, matter less than hatred, calculation and power’. It was not to be. Hague was elevated to the leadership, leading Williams to conclude that ‘the Tories in the 1990s mislaid the idea that government was national rather than partisan’.

Redwood, Clarke, Heseltine and Hague were all extensively involved with concealing the wrongdoing in north Wales and at St George’s, including that directly related to my own case. My post ‘Those Who Are Ready To Serve’ describes how Heseltine’s support for Westland, a helicopter company in Yeovil, was related to the North Wales Child Abuse Scandal and how people known to me benefited. I will be blogging more about Heseltine’s activities soon.

However, I will now discuss someone who has so far escaped scrutiny on this blog  – David Evans, Conservative MP for Welwyn Hatfield, 1987-97, who was John Redwood’s PPS in 1993.

David Evans was born in Edmonton, London. Edmonton was the home of Deborah Everard, the technician at St George’s Hospital Medical School who was a member of MSF and gained knowledge of the serious wrongdoing on the part of senior members of staff and used it to her own advantage. Everard was a Tory councillor in Edmonton.

Evans came from a working class background and attended Tottenham Technical College. As a youngster Evans showed promise as a footballer and cricketer and played for Aston Villa between 1950 and 1954. He also played for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club and Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

In 1960 Evans borrowed £500 to found his own industrial cleaning company, Exclusive Office Cleaning, which later became Brengreen Holdings. He sold this for £32 million in 1986. Four years later, in 1990, he formed Broadreach, another industrial cleaning company, of which he was chairman for 12 years.

From November 1984 to 15 June 1989, David Evans was the Chairman of Luton Town Football Club. The Club played in the Football League First Division during Evans’ tenure as Chairman and he presided over a controversial membership-only scheme for fans under which only members were allowed to attend matches at the Club’s home ground and away supporters were banned from the stadium. Evans served on the Club’s board of Directors from 1976 to 22 May 1990 when he resigned.

Evans was also Chairman of the Lord’s Taverners, along with being a member of the Finance and Administration Sub-Committee, 1981–1986 and a member of the General Committee (1985–86) of Middlesex County Cricket Club. As a cricketer, Evans represented Hertfordshire in the Minor Counties Championship between 1967 and 1968, made two Gillette Cup appearances for the team in 1969. He also made two appearances for Club Cricket Conference, the first in 1973 and the second in 1974.

Shortly before losing his seat, in early March 1997 Evans attracted controversy over remarks in an interview by sixth-formers at Stanborough School for a school magazine in which he referred to his opponent as a ‘single girl’ (she was 42 years old at the time) with ‘bastard children’ and claimed that the Birmingham Six were guilty and had ‘killed hundreds’ before being caught, as well as making remarks considered racist, such as asking how the sixth-formers would feel if their daughter was raped by ‘some black bastard’. There is no record of Evans asking the students how they would feel if they were abducted by a crazed old psychiatrist and kept in a dungeon because he wanted to have sex with them and then coerce them into sex work with unsavoury but wealthy people, some of whom David Evans knew personally.

The Birmingham Six won substantial damages from Evans in July 1998, who thereafter apologised for what he had said and promised never to repeat it.

After Evans lost his seat in Parliament, he continued to manage his industrial cleaning business, the Broadreach Group, which he sold in May 2002 for around £17 million. David Evans died on 22 October 2008, of pulmonary fibrosis.

Nicky Fairbairn’s boss and umbrella throughout Nicky’s time dropping every clanger that would have ensured that someone less ‘charming’ ended up in the dock was the Lord Advocate, Lord Mackay of Clashfern. James Mackay later became Lord Chancellor, 1987-97, under Thatch and then Major, succeeding paedophiles’ friend Lord Michael Havers (see post ‘The International Language Of Screaming’). James Mackay carried on Havers’s honourable tradition, making the multi-talented Patricia Scotland one of the youngest QCs to have ever stalked the earth. Scotland’s advocacy skills were put to good use during the Waterhouse Inquiry, when she acted as Counsel for the Welsh Office, cross examining the victims of multiple sexual assaults so aggressively that some of them collapsed. Patsy hadn’t been intimidating on behalf of the Welsh Office for more than a few months when Blair made her a people’s peer. One of the first people’s peers appointed! For details of the many abusive, slippery crooks with whom Patsy has hobnobbed, see posts ‘Baroness Patricia Scotland QC Was On Board As Well!’, ‘More On Baroness Patricia Scotland QC – And Her Very Sleazy Friends’ and ‘Even More About Baroness Patricia Scotland QC’.

On 27 April 2007, the Scottish Executive announced that Lilibet had appointed Lord Mackay as the Lord Clerk Register, replacing the Earl of Wemyss and March aka David Charteris, a flunkey of Lilibet’s, who featured in a recent blog post.

The Lord Clerk Register is one of the Commissioners of the Regalia, under a Royal Warrant of 1818, responsible for the Honours of Scotland. In practice this responsibility was delegated to a deputy, then to the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer and now to Historic Scotland. In 1996 the Commissioners were given additional responsibility for the Stone of Destiny under another Royal Warrant. The role of Lord Clerk Register is combined with the role of Keeper of the Signet, which was given to the Lord Clerk Register in 1817.

It all sounds a bit Arthurian.

“Therefore he cried out with a loud voice and seized the enchantress by her long golden hair, and drew her so violently forward that she fell down upon her knees.”

Mackay could perhaps be criticised for doing so much to assist murderous sex offenders, but all can be forgiven when one realises how high his standards are generally. Mackay was raised a member of the Free Presbytarian Church of Scotland; as an adult he was an elder of the Church. The Church forbids its members to attend Roman Catholic religious services; nevertheless Mackay attended two Catholic funeral masses for members of the judiciary. Following the second mass Mackay was called before a Church synod where he denied that he had broken the church’s prohibition of showing ‘support for the doctrine of Roman Catholicism’, saying ‘I went there purely with the purpose of paying my respects to my dead colleagues.’ The Church suspended Mackay as an elder and withdrew his right to take Holy Communion. The synod met again in Glasgow in 1989 to review the decision; the fractious meeting asked Mackay to undertake not to attend further Catholic services, but he announced ‘I have no intention of giving any such undertaking as that for which the synod has asked’ and later withdrew from the Church. The dispute precipitated a schism, leading to the formation of the Associated Presbytarian Church. Mackay did not, however, initially join the new communion, but now worships with their Inverness congregation.

As a Presbyterian, Mackay was a firm believer in moderation. At a gathering for the Faculty of Advocates, Mackay had laid on a spread of tea and toast, complete with a tiny pot of honey. One of the lawyers in attendance contemplated the pot and remarked, ‘I see your Lordship keeps a bee.’ Mackay is also the Honorary President of the Scottish Bible Society. He supported the Society’s programme to send a bible to every court in Scotland and wrote in support of ‘The Bible in Scots Law’, a pamphlet it distributed to Scottish lawyers which described the Bible as a ‘foundational source book for Scotland’s legal system’. Mackay is a strict sabbatarian, refusing to work or travel on a Sunday, or even to give an interview if there is a chance it could be rebroadcast on the sabbath.

Lord Mackay: I understand that it can be argued that there are sound theological and historical reasons for observing the Sabbath, although it is rare these days, but I’m not aware of any theological justification for assisting a gang of paedophiles who murdered witnesses. Feel free to leave a comment on this blog if you’d like to explain your rationale.

Lord Mackay sits as a Conservative in the Lords. He assumed office on 6 July 1979. Jeremy Thorpe and his co-accused were cleared on all charges of conspiracy/incitement to kill Norman Scott on 22 June 1979. See post ‘My How Things Haven’t Changed’.

Can someone please just find some piece of legislation to remove James Mackay from public office permanently. He has done more than enough damage.

We are told in one of Evans’s obituaries that to say ‘that the colourful character which was David Evans was a man of strong views would be to understate the case. There was probably no one more contemptuous of the wiles of the spin doctor or of the whispered back-stabbing in the corridors of Westminster…Evans said what he thought, in plain terms, without fear and damn the consequences. ‘Do-gooding’ liberals, teenage thugs, proselytising homosexuals and those among the unemployed who showed no diligence in looking for work were among those who felt the lash of his tongue.’

But not a bunch of highly paid Top Doctors running a sex abuse gang it would seem and the many other highly paid professional people who assisted them, although David Evans definitely knew of their crimes.

Evans also suggested that the cat-o’-nine-tails should be used on football hooligans. He supported the return of capital punishment and declared that the way to deal with rapists was to castrate them. Evidence from the US demonstrated that when that was done, the castrated sex offenders simply carried out horrifically violent non-sexual crimes instead. However, it is remarkable that for a man with such strong views on sex offenders, David Evans said nothing about Dafydd et al at all. Neither did he utter a word about the layers of people concealing their crimes, which included the gang rape of children.

Evans believed that Britons had become ‘more and more lazy since the Second World War’. The kids in care and service users of north Wales hadn’t, they were forced to labour for no or very little pay in local businesses in Bangor, which were owned by the friends of the bleeding-heart liberal social workers. One business which benefited from the services of a young learning disabled woman who, in 1994 or thereabouts, was the British Hotel in Bangor. She was forced to do the washing up there for five hours a day for the sum of 30p/hour. I found out about this because I and some friends were sitting near her on the bus one day when she was crying with fear at the thought of going to the British Hotel again. We asked her what was wrong and heard the whole sorry story. Her ’employment’ was completely illegal and she feared physical violence from the social worker if she refused. She said that when she felt this bad she would sing to keep her spirits up. So she started singing and one of the people whom I was with started singing with her. The driver of the bus stopped the bus and told us all to shut up or he’d chuck us off the bus.

‘We didn’t know’.

Yes you did, you just didn’t give a fuck.

He was responsible for developing services for people with learning disabilities for the education, health & social services group. After this, he became Director of Social Services for Conwy.

The Torygraph’s obituary of David Evans tells us that ‘he had his heavyweight champions in the party, not only Margaret Thatcher but also Michael Portillo and John Redwood (it was Evans who persuaded Redwood to challenge John Major in the 1995 leadership contest and became his campaign manager)’.

David Evans is dead. John Redwood is not. Do you have any explanation for events in north Wales when you were Welsh Secretary Mr Redwood?

Many of his friends believed that David Evans would have made an excellent minister for sport. As it was, Evans was PPS to the Ministers for Industry, 1990–91, Corporate Affairs, 1991–92 and Local Government, 1992–93, as well as to John Redwood as Secretary of State for Wales in 1993. Who was the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when David Evans was a PPS in that Dept? Peter Lilley. Lilley did such a good job at the DTI that Major then let him loose in the Dept pf Social Security, April 1992-May 1997. Where Lilley ignored all the complaints and evidence regarding the crimes of Dafydd and the paedophile gang. Alison Taylor had contacted Lilley’s predecessor Tony Newton herself in 1988, told him that children in care were being abused and described a brutal assault that she had witnessed. But then Alison had told Thatch in Jan 1987 that kids in care in north Wales were being abused. Alison also wrote to Carlo. His office wrote back and said that he could not get involved. Although Carlo was Chancellor of UCNW, where Wood, Dafydd and others were facilitating the trafficking ring.

Evans resigned as Redwood’s PPS to win election to the Executive of the 1922 Committee, on which he served, 1993-97. He was also a member of the Select Committee on Deregulation, 1995–97.

Evans’s cleaning business, the Broadreach Group, established in 1990, had contracts with high street retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Homebase and Comet and was sold to MacLellan in 2002 for around £17 million.

Evans’s early interest in cricket never dimmed. As well as being a member of the Council of Lord’s Taverners from 1978-96 and its Chairman from 1982-84, he was also a member of the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), historically the governing body of the sport and still the guardian of the laws of the game.

John Major really loved cricket as well, it was one of the few things outside of work in which he really took an interest, so much so that people used to grumble about him disappearing to watch the cricket or to keep up with the results. In 2005 Major was appointed to the committee of the MCC. My post ‘Those Who Are Ready To Serve’ describes how a farming family who were friendly with those whose fortunes took an inexplicable turn for the better after they got to know members of the Dangerous Sports Club somehow raised a great deal of money to transform their Somerset mixed farm into an equestrian centre. No-one knew how, because the investment could not have been raised just on the security of the land. The farmers concerned had never taken an interest in horses and they had been so luke-warm about the farm which they had inherited that they always employed a manager to run absolutely everything. The owner of the farm, Michael Hill, did enjoy the cricket though. In 1996 he became President of Somerset County Cricket Club. Just in time for the Waterhouse Inquiry. Michael remained as President until 2003. By which time the people still yelling ‘Waterhouse was a massive cover-up’ were simply ignored.

Jeffrey Archer was a member of the MCC as well, although in Oct 2002, whilst in prison, Archer was suspended from the MCC for seven years. Not that Baron Archer of Weston-super-Mareof Mark in the County of Somerset lost his peerage or his many mates in the Tory Party. My post ‘Those Who Are Ready To Serve’ named Janet Mitchell, with whom I used to play when young, as someone who had done very well out of Michael Heseltine laying down his life for Westland in 1986. Janet lives at Mark in Somerset. She purchased a farmhouse there many years ago when her career took off like a rocket, at the same time as a few others who knew what was happening to me in north Wales became so rich.

My post ‘Tuppence And His Fragrant Wife’ details the links between Tuppence and Lady Mary and Dafydd and the gang. When I finally received copies of my medical records, I discovered that a letter that I had written in 1987 which contained comments about one of the witnesses who gave evidence against Tuppence at the 1987 libel trial in which Tuppence perjured himself had been read by someone who had carefully underlined every comment that I had made about the person who gave evidence against Tuppence. There was no indication of who had done it, but my correspondence had all been sent to Andrew Park, the crooked lawyer in the Welsh Office, who invoked court action against me on so many occasions yet admitted that there was no evidence for the allegations that were made about me.

Previous posts have detailed the leading role played by Lord David Hunt throughout his long career in assisting Dafydd and the paedophiles’ friends. I found a snippet from BBC News Wales Online from 15 March 2017 earlier today that had previously escaped me. In March 2017, David Hunt told his fellow peers whilst giving evidence to a Lords committee on Brexit that when he was Secretary of State for Wales, he tried to have control of policing devolved in the early 1990s, but failed ‘despite Cabinet backing’. David Hunt told the Lords that he ‘was up against a machine’ when he tried to get policing devolved. It’s certainly an interesting view for Hunt to take – because the witnesses to Dafydd et al’s wrongdoing were up against a killing machine that was substantially orchestrated and kept in motion by Lord David Hunt.

Hunt stated that the then Home Secretary Ken Clarke agreed to hand control of policing to the Welsh Office, but poor little Hunt came up against the machine ‘and it never happened’. Hunt explained how, in the days before the Welsh Assembly, he had sought to secure more powers for the UK Gov’ts Welsh Office which he ran under PMs Thatcher and Major, 1990-93. Hunt also returned as Welsh Secretary for a grand total of eight days between 26 June 1995 – 5 July 1995, when those little local difficulties concerning Dafydd’s non-retirement and the non-closure of the North Wales Hospital Denbigh were sorted out, but Hunt didn’t remind the peers of that. Or of the corpses of Bing Spear and Peter Morrison that were found – to great relief – a few days after Hunt handed over as Welsh Secretary to William Hague. Neither did Hunt mention the letter unlawfully dismissing Brown from his job which arrived a few days after Bing and Morrison were safely found dead. Meanwhile, back at the ranch in north Wales, evidence was planted and untruthful statements about me and my alleged doings were being dutifully collected by the MDU and Hempsons.

William Hague, First Secretary of State.jpg

Despite Hunt’s agreement with Ken Clarke – Home Secretary, April 1992-May 1993 – Hunt said: ‘Nothing seemed to happen for six months. I chased Ken and he said ‘oh sorry’. Lord Hunt said there was an ‘almost automatic reflex action’ to say ‘far better to leave it where it is’.

At the time, the North Wales Police were riddled with corruption and were in the process of investigating the possibility of a VIP paedophile ring in north Wales/Cheshire. The Chief Constable of North Wales refused to co-operate and the investigation was stopped in 1993, with the conclusion that there was no evidence of a paedophile ring. However there had been thousands of statements taken and hundreds of complaints of sexual assault and physical violence against social workers, ‘carers’ and others had been made by residents and former residents of children’s homes in north Wales. A file was sent to the CPS but no charges followed.

The North Wales Police were ably assisted in their corrupt practices by other forces, including the West Midlands, South Wales, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, the Met, South Yorkshire, the RUC and others (see post ‘Top Of The Cops’). So someone in Westminster was keen to retain control over the North Wales Police rather than hand the management of the force over to the corrupt Welsh Office. Not that the person blocking devolution will have been concerned about the corruption at the Welsh Office, because the North Wales Police and its helpers were all endemically corrupt as well. Policing is the responsibility of the Home Office.

Manic Street Preachers If You Tolerate This Your Children ...

So Ken Clarke, why were you so desperate to retain control over the police force which was fitting me up repeatedly and facilitating a sex trafficking ring, which we were constantly told didn’t exist and then when Sir Ronnie Waterhouse admitted that it did, he stressed that it only existed within the confines of north Wales and merely consisted of a few lowly sheep shaggers? Could your barrister’s brain possibly find a way of explaining matters? Take your time, you can down a few pints, consume a few curries, smoke some more cigars. I mean scores of people died but they died a very long time ago now, including when you were Health Minister, then Health Secretary, then Home Secretary, as well as during those years when you worked as a barrister. On the Midlands Circuit. It covers Leicester. Greville Janner lived there and his constituency was there as well. Greville the barrister, you might have heard of him. A great many people claimed that he molested them when they were children and he was interviewed under caution in the early 1990s. Nothing came of it, although Greville was accompanied to his interview by his solicitor Sir David Napley who was so sure that Greville would be charged that he retained George Carman QC.

Sir David Napley was Jeremy Thorpe’s solicitor and Carman acted for Thorpe at his trial. Obviously a winning team Ken!

Even if Ken and his fine legal brain – which was good enough to persuade tobacco companies to pay him a great deal of money to advise them as to how to escape the consequences of their unethical practices – did somehow fail to notice what was going on in north Wales, the consequences of the region’s entire welfare system being rigged to facilitate a huge sex trafficking ring with international connections were so dire that they would have been evident to anyone taking even a brief look at the datasets collected by Gov’t.

To those of us at the coal face it was blindingly obvious that something was terribly wrong. There was barely a healthcare system, let alone a mental healthcare system, in north Wales. All the local hospitals were known to be lethal and Top Doctors and their families did not use them themselves. The Angels did, but the Angels avoided certain practitioners like the plague and never said a word against anyone in public for fear of the consequences. The health outcomes in north Wales were terrible on every dimension: sky high mortality rates for every condition; the highest suicide rates in the UK, women completely unable to access legal abortions and being forced to go to private clinics in Chester and vulnerable women and teenagers not having this option simply gave birth to children whom they could not care for; babies dying or sustaining brain damage during botched deliveries again and again; dreadful outcomes for routine surgical procedures. No part of healthcare in north Wales functioned properly.

Then there were the concerns about the schools in Gwynedd. It was always wrapped up in a cloak of the battle between ‘Welsh and English’, but certain kids were being abandoned, not because of their language or nationality, but because a bloody paedophile gang was in operation, so a highly nepotistic system of cronyism had evolved to protect the more fortunate kids from the gang. Likewise, an informal network of extended family carers had developed, because people would do anything to avoid their children having to go into care if they were unable to look after them.

Thus onto the ‘child protection’ system in north Wales. Didn’t anyone ask why this huge rural region with bugger all infrastructure and dreadful healthcare and a very patchy education service was full of children’s homes? There were dozens and dozens of them. They kept closing down and immediately reopening under different names, yet the owners remained the same, as did the staff. A lot of the homes were hidden away in woods and mountains, miles away from anywhere.  The kids inside didn’t even know where they were, they couldn’t pronounce the name of the nearest village and they simply weren’t told the name of their place of residence. Hundreds and hundreds of kids, non-Welsh speaking urban children, from Birmingham, from London, from Newcastle, from Liverpool, from Manchester, all disappearing into the hills of north Wales. The locals knew that they were there, but were all told the same thing – it’s a ‘home for naughty boys’, don’t speak to them if they come to your house because they’ll burgle you. And some of the really bad ones have raped people.’ It wasn’t true, but it ensured that if the ‘naughty boys’ tried to run away after being repeatedly buggered and raped, no local would dare speak to them let alone help them.

Even the Waterhouse Report admitted that the North Wales Police records showed hundreds of ‘absconsions’ from children’s homes. These were children running away from rapists. The police took them back. Some of the kids ran to police stations to report assaults on them and were arrested themselves for trivial trumped up offences.

The same MO applied to the inmates of the North Wales Hospital Denbigh. Everyone was told that they were ‘dangerous mental patients’ so people were too frightened to help them. The vast majority of patients at Denbigh were not in the least bit dangerous, because the Angels and Top Docs were frightened of dangerous patients and refused to treat them. The biggest laugh at Denbigh was the police returning patients who had ‘escaped’ – we were all held there illegally, so no-one was ‘escaping’. The police were simply assisting Dafydd in illegally imprisoning people.

There was no winning with them. If you remained silent about the horrors, you were told that you were happy and ‘benefiting’ from Dafydd et al. If you complained you were ‘ranting’, even if the complaint was clearly articulated and in no way a rant. If you systematically – as I did – logged every breach of the law and abuse and who was involved, then that just showed that you were ‘obsessed’ and a ‘vexatious complainant’.

People attempting suicide were never in despair, they only ever did so as a hysterical gesture or out of ‘ire’ no less. Everyone was described on their medical records as ‘aggressive, volatile and excitable’ because that was the only way that the huge quantities of liquid coshes uniformly prescribed to everyone before they had even seen the lowliest of a Top Doctor could have been justified. Furthermore, people’s ‘diagnoses’ had been written on their notes before they even entered the hospital building.

Get over it everyone – they were running a ruthless trafficking gang and once you had been identified as fodder, no-one saw you in any other way. Personal records and information on patients was searched to identify anyone likely to ask questions and these people were then neutralised. In my case they were paid huge amounts of money to smear me if I ever went public about what had happened or to remain silent if I was imprisoned or found dead. The close friends of mine who would never have succumbed to such measures came under attack as much as I did. Anne was killed, there were attempts to kill Brown and his brother and other friends were ruined and left without careers or credibility.

Children went to north Wales children’s homes and were never seen again and the same happened to patients who were sent to Denbigh.

I mentioned in my post ‘Include Me Out’ that the ‘hospital wing’ at Risley Remand Centre provided virtually no treatment for anything, but there was a visiting clap clinic. This was a ‘hospital wing’ which was run by Dafydd and contained mostly teenagers who had been in care, sometimes teenagers under 15 yrs old. A pox doctor was prioritised above anything else. I know why, it was because the screws didn’t want a dose when they had sex with the teenagers and Dafydd and the Angels didn’t want to be infected when the inmates were unlawfully transferred back to Denbigh.

If anyone knows who the visiting pox specialist at Risley was, please do tell me. I wonder if it was the celebrity clap doctor who treated Dafydd himself or indeed George Thomas aka Viscount Tonypandy in 1984, when Leo Abse had to tell a pack of lies to the press because George Thomas had contracted a dose and thought that his political career would be over when the news became public (see post ‘It Wasn’t On Our Radar’).

My point here is that those holding roles in the UK Statistics Authority would have noticed from numerous angles that something terrible was happening in north Wales. Until I began researching for this blog, I had always presumed that people with responsibilities in the UK Statistics Authority would be statisticians and very competent ones at that. So imagine my surprise when I noticed that a popular move for people who had successfully concealed the activities of Dafydd and the paedophiles’ friends was to then join the UK Statistics Authority. I realised immediately why it would be so useful to so many people to have paedophiles’ friends sitting on the UK Statistics Authority, but again, being naive I assumed that people occupying such roles would be good enough at stats to use them in complex ways to mislead. I’m delighted to report that in many cases, no-one had ever bothered to go to such lengths. As in the case of Rhiannon and Chris Whitaker, upon who’s statistical abilities great swathes of healthcare research at Bangor University has pivoted upon for the last 25 years yet who were happy to announce world shattering miraculous discoveries on samples of three, one of which isn’t in the least bit relevant to whatever they are researching anyway (see post ‘they Think It’s All Over – It Is Now’), one doesn’t need to know that much about statistics to sit on the UK Statistics Authority. In fact it’s probably an advantage if one doesn’t, because one can then be told any old guff by the small number of Gov’t appointed and paid statisticians who are working on the datasets and one will not feel obliged to ask questions.

A quick look at the website of the UK Statistics Authority reveals that the Chair of the UK Statistics Authority is Sir David Norgrove, who was appointed by Lilibet in March 2017, ‘following open competition, and with parliamentary approval’.

Sir David Norgrove is ‘an English businessman and Gov’t official’. He was the first chair of the Pensions Regulator and is the current Chair of PensionsFirst, the Family Justice Board and the Low Pay Commission.

Norgrove was educated at Christ’s Hospital School – it’s just been at the centre of a sexual abuse scandal – and at Exeter College, Oxford, where he did a history degree. Norgrove then did a diploma in economics at Cambridge University and a Masters in economics at the LSE.

Norgrove started his career as an economist at HM Treasury, 1972–85, where his time included a secondment to the First National Bank of Chicago. Norgrove was Private Secretary to Thatch, 1985-88. So he worked for Thatch when Alison Taylor told her that kids in care were being abused and when Thatch was warned repeatedly that Jimmy Savile’s ‘private life’ was likely to blow up in everyone’s faces if he was given a knighthood. Thatch continued to entertain Savile at Chequers at Christmas and lobby for him to be knighted. Norgrove was working for Thatch when she was told that Peter Morrison was holding sex parties with young boys.

In 1988 Sir David joined Marks & Spencer, where he held several positions: From 1988–99 he was Director of Europe; Worldwide franchising; Menswear and Strategy. In September 1999 Norgrove became Chairman of Marks & Spencer’s Ventures Division and a year later he was appointed to the executive board as Executive director for Strategy, International and Ventures. Marks & Spencer have been highly supportive of associates and umbrellas of Dafydd through the years. It was M&S who offered Sir Martin Roth a massive loan in order for Roth to purchase a grandiose building in Belgravia to house the Royal College of Psychiatrists, although the Royal College was penniless, could not possibly afford their palatial residence and ended up moving out at a later point (see post ‘The Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Connection’). The widow of Lord Sieff was generous in her support of causes close to the paedophiles’ friends’ hearts.

Norgrove was heavily involved in the early recovery of Marks and Spencer but in Jan 2004 he was fired from his role as Director of clothing following poor Christmas sales. He continued in his position as Chair of the Trustees of the Marks & Spencer pension fund until later in the year, playing a role in the attempt by Philip Green to acquire the company.

In March 2004 Sir David was appointed to the Board of the British Museum, later becoming Deputy Chairman. In Nov 2009 Norgrove became the Chairman of the British Museum Friends, retiring as a Trustee in 2012.

Norgrove was appointed first Chair of the Pensions Regulator, 2005-10 and subsequently named one of the hundred most influential people in the capital markets by Financial News. In May 2009 Norgrove became Chairman of the Low Pay Commission. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of Amnesty International UK.

David Norgrove Chaired the Family Justice Review in 2011–12. This recommended substantial changes to speed up public law proceedings (cases concerning the protection of children) and to help family justice operate better as a system. In private law (divorce and separation) it recommended changes to help couples avoid the need to undertake court proceedings, for example via increased use of mediation. Most media attention was paid to a recommendation that there should not be legislation to create a presumption around parental involvement in children’s lives after separation. This was controversial particularly with Fathers’ groups and has been interpreted by some as a recommendation that fathers should not have equal rights to children.

In 2012, Norgrove was appointed as first Chair of the Family Justice Board, which brings together the main agencies involved in family justice to promote change and reform of the system.

Norgrove is married to Jenny and they have two daughters and a son. He is a millionaire and lives in Islington and Combe [Berkshire].

Norgrove was knighted in the 2016 New Year Honours for services to the low paid and the family justice system. Over the last couple of days the Welsh media have published a list of companies which have systematically underpaid their employees to such an extent that the law has been broken. Employees have discovered that they are thousands and thousands of pounds. Now wait for the companies to refuse to pay their staff what is owed and for the staff to be unable to afford legal redress. As for the family justice system which Norgrove reviewed, there are now so many children being taken into care that the system cannot cope with them. It has been demonstrated that in many cases children have been removed from their parents and put up for adoption simply because the parents have become homeless or temporarily too ill to look after them. Children are now being removed as a first response to temporary difficulties rather than as a last resort. As for the care system into which the kids have been placed, virtually every local authority in the UK is now subject to a police investigation into the abuse and trafficking of children in their care. Head teachers in Kent stated last week that they will no longer accept children in care in their schools because the kids are so badly neglected and abused while ‘in care’ that their difficulties are too great for the schools to deal with.

Nice one Sir David, the misery and suffering is incalculable! Now all kids in care can have the full Bryn Estyn Experience.

Current non-executive members of the UK Statistics Authority are appointed through open competition. The current non-executive members are: Professor Adrian Smith (Deputy Chair); Professor Sir Ian Diamond; Professor David Hand; Professor Jonathan Haskel; Ms Sian Jones;Dr David Levy; Ms Nora Nanayakkara; Professor Anne Trefethen

Professor Adrian Smith is at least a statistician, but he has held senior posts in institutions named on the blog as being endemic with fraud and wrongdoing: Imperial College and the Universities of Nottingham and London. In 2008 Smith was DG for Science and Research at the Dept for Innovation, Universities and Skills. So he worked for Mandy. At that time, one of Mandy’s right hand civil servants was the daughter of Ron Evans. Ron was the crooked lawyer employed by Gwynedd County Council during the 1980s and 90s. Ron was Brains behind the paedophile gang and his name is all over my documents relating to the many attempts to fit me up in Court. Ron did favours for the NHS as well, his advice and signature appears on NHS documentation to which he should not have had access. Then there are the forged documents, although Ron’s forgeries are of a higher quality than the forgeries by the other paedophiles’ friends.

When the shit hit the fan re the paedophile gang and investigations were launched, Ron told everybody that what they had done was so serious and so indefensible that none of them must ever say a word about it to anyone. I know that because I worked with Ron’s wife at Bangor University and she told me, not realising that I was one of her husbands targets and at the time I had no idea that her Ron was the Ron who’s paw prints were across all of my documents.

Thus to this very day, it has been a case of ‘I Know Nuzzing…’ on the part of the whole of north Wales.

Not that the paedophiles were at all grateful to Ron for keeping them all out of prison, he later developed cancer and had a nervous breakdown and was left to rot in exactly the same way as if he’d been an Empowered Service User. The ruthless bastards were probably thinking that the sooner he dropped the better, lest a name ever escaped from his lips.

Sir Ian Diamond, as Chief Exec of the ESRC, was behind sociopath Professor Fergus Lowe’s and paedophiles’ friend Prof Colin Baker’s success at netting research funding for an ESRC centre at Bangor University a few years ago. Fungus built his empire at Bangor by bribing and blackmailing everyone who had been party to Dafydd’s wrongdoing. Colin Baker aka Toad did something very similar but he wasn’t as successful at it as Fungus. The Diamond Geezer has previously ruled over Southampton and Aberdeen Universities. Southampton in particular was full of Top Docs doing what they should not have been, including a few friends of Dafydd’s. See post ‘Pets Win Prizes’ for the extensive wrongdoing with which the Diamond Geezer colluded.

Professor David Hand is a statistician, but one who has worked at Imperial and at the Institute of Psychiatry with Dafydd’s mates. So Prof Hand obviously has much experience at excusing those difficult outliers when he takes a look at the data.

Professor Jonathan Haskel holds a Chair in economics at the Business School at Imperial College. He sits on the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee.

The UK Statistics Authority has three executive members:

  • John Pullinger, the National Statistician. The National Statistician is a Crown appointment as the Authority’s and the Gov’ts principal adviser on official statistics. The National Statistician is Head of the Gov’t Statistical Service and is also the Authority’s Chief Executive and Permanent Secretary.
  • Ed Humpherson, the Director General for Regulation. The Director General for Regulation is a statutory post as the the Authority’s principal adviser on the assessment and reassessment of official statistics and their compliance with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics.
  • One of the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Directors General on a rotational basis. This is currently Jonathan Athow (the Deputy National Statistician for Economic Statistics). The others are Ms Heather Savory (Deputy National Statistician for Data Capability) and Mr Ian Bell (Deputy National Statistician for Population and Public Policy).

I haven’t had time to research the backgrounds of all of these folk yet, but it’s on my To Do list.

Former members of the UK Statistics Authority include a lovely selection of leading paedophiles’ friends known to this blog:

  • Dame Colette Bowe DBE Non-Executive Director 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2018
  • Dame Moira Gibb DBE  Non-Executive Director 1 February 2008 to 31 January 2018
  • Sir Andrew Dilnot CBE  Chair  1 April 2012 to 31 March 2017
  • Ms Carolyn Fairbairn  Non-Executive Director  1 April 2013 to 30 September 2015
  • Professor David Rhind  Deputy Chair (Statistics System)  1 July 2012 to 30 June 2015
  • Mr Partha Dasgupta  Non-Executive Director  1 April 2008 to 30 June 2014
  • Sir Jon Shortridge  Non-Executive Director  1 February 2010 to 30 October 2012
  • Lord David Rowe-Beddoe  Deputy Chair (ONS)  1 April 2008 to 31 August 2012
  • Sir Michael Scholar KCB  Chair  1 April 2008 to 31 March 2012
  • Professor Sir Roger Jowell CBE  Deputy Chair (Statistics System)  11 November 2008 to 26 December 2011
  • Professor Stephen Nickell CBE FBA  Non-Executive Director  1 April 2008 to 31 October 2010
  • Sir Alan Langlands FRSE  Non-Executive Director  1 April 2008 to 12 April 2009

Colette Bowe was central to the Westland skulduggery as detailed in my post ‘Those Who Are ready To Serve’.

Sir Jon Shortridge is a paedophiles’ friend of many years standing. He was a civil servant in the Welsh Office throughout the paedophile years and climbed higher and higher until he was the most senior mandarin presiding over that particular dung heap. Sir Jon then went to work for Mandy in 2009. The pinnacle of Sir Jon’s career was being appointed as the Chancellor of Glyndwr University, an institution governed and substantially staffed by the paedophiles’ friends (see post ‘A Vampire At Glyndwr University!’). After years of ignoring scandals and malpractice, Glyndwr hit the buffers not so long ago when it was blocked from accepting overseas students as a result of an immigration fraud which had been ignored in true Glyndwr tradition.

Sir Michael Scholar lurked as a mandarin within the Welsh Office as preparations for the enormous cover-up that was the Waterhouse Inquiry were underway (see post ‘So Who Was It Exactly Who Appointed The Corrupt Old Bastard?’).

Lord David Rowe-Beddoe played a central role in the development of Cardiff Bay, a scam designed by Nicholas Edwards and his mates, in which millions of pounds of taxpayers’ money was transferred into the pockets of a few already very rich people, including Nicholas Edwards and David Rowe-Beddoe (see post ‘Corruption Bay Special’).

Carolyn Fairbairn has been at the scene of numerous crimes – the World Bank, McKinsey and Co, Lloyds Bank, the BBC, Sky and she did a stint as the DG of the CBI. More importantly for this blog’s purposes, in 1995 Carolyn was a member of John Major’s Downing Street Policy Unit, where she was responsible for developing health and social services policy. So Carolyn was one of those who told all those lies re the fate of the North Wales Hospital and those within when it didn’t close down. Carolyn probably knows that there are still bodies in the grounds out there. Carolyn has also been Chair of Marie-Curie Cancer Care. She and her husband are of course very, very rich.

Moira Gibbs was a social worker in Newham when that Borough sent kids into the arms of Dafydd and the gang. By 1988 Moira had become Deputy Director of Social Services for Kensington and Chelsea and in 1990, she was appointed Director. Between 2003-11, Moira was Chief Executive for Camden Borough Council, the only place in England and Wales which had a higher suicide rate among women than Gwynedd. Moira was rewarded for this achievement with a position as a non-executive Director of NHS England. In 2014, Moira Chaired the Serious Case Review into the sex offending of William Vahey at Chris Woodhead’s Southbank International School. Moira also Chaired the Church of England’s Independent Review of the case of the sex offending Bishop Peter Ball. These cases do keep happening, thank goodness we’ve got Moira to Chair the Reviews. Moira is of course a Dame. They’ll be keeping a seat warm for her in the Lords as I write, St Helena will soon have a new friend to do lunch with. The Baroness of Ely can join them if she can fit it in between her hectic schedule of patronising and screwing over the general public in Wales.

Sir Andrew Dilnot was born  and went to school in Swansea and has enjoyed a successful career in academia at Oxford University. In 2010 he was asked by the Health Secretary Andrew Lansley to Chair the Commission on Funding of Care and Support. Dilnot’s subsequent Report was welcomed by Cameron as well as by Ed Miliband and cross-party talks began. The talks went nowhere and seven years later people are still unable to leave their houses or even get out of bed at a reasonable time in the morning because no-one can get it together to organise a system of home helps. Although the Top Docs are still discovering cures for various fatal illnesses several times a week, so that’s a relief. What would we do without them?

David Rhind is a geographer who is a University of Bristol graduate of a similar vintage to those two paedophiles’ friends who are also Bristol graduates, DGE Wood and Lord David Hunt. David Rhind is a member of the Court of the Bank of England.

Partha Dasgupta is an economist who is a Visiting Professor at A.C. Grayling’s University for Very Rich People Who Have Been Rejected By Oxbridge, the New College of the Humanities. When he was at Cambridge, Partha was a member of the Cambridge Apostles, a student society known for its remarkable ability to churn out members of the security services who end up as double agents. Partha is married to Carol Dasgupta, a psychotherapist…

Stephen Nickell is an economist who has previously worked with Lord Richard Layard. Layard is the man who dreamed up the Happiness Discourse, which is probably even more dangerous than Mindfulness in terms of denying the dreadful experiences people are having at the hands of the nation’s abusive and failing welfare services. Layard is married to Baroness Molly Meacher, a former social worker and paedophiles’ friend of the highest order who was previously married to Labour leftie Michael Meacher, who early in his political career, realised how dire ‘care’ for the elderly in hospital was and decided that he wasn’t going to go there again. See post ‘A Vintage Crop’ for info about the Meachers.

Alan Langlands has had a glorious career at the very top of the NHS and has also doubled up as a ‘university leader’. Bombs went off underneath Langlands constantly when he ran the NHS, but everyone who spends more than a few weeks working at a senior level in the NHS develops a hide so thick that it is a wonder of zoology, so Langlands was never that worried about the deaths and patient harm. See post ‘A Vintage Crop’ for the gory biography of Langlands.

Mentioning Alan Langlands brings me nicely onto Virginia Bottomley, Secretary of State for Health, April 1992-July 1995, who was in office as things became seriously crazy in north Wales, as bodies turned up all over the place and when a few people in Somerset became seriously rich after meeting the sort of people whom Virginia knew. For more background on Virginia, a former psychiatric social worker and her immediate family, see post ‘The Defence Of The Realm’. Ginny was the Tory MP for south west Surrey, which covered the area where I lived when I worked at the University of Surrey with those who plagiarised my work and who were so close to the President of the BMA when that organisation was busy colluding with the perjurers of north Wales in their efforts to have me banged up. Ginny’s constituency also covered many of those whom the Hergest patient F knew and to whom he was related, someone else who’s life was systematically destroyed by Dafydd and the gang (see posts ‘The Killing Floor – I Know Cos I Was There!’ and ‘An Appalling Vista’).

Virginia is like Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh, she has numerous friends and relations and two of them have previously gone under my radar when they should not have, so I’ll introduce them now.

Ginny is a relative of Baron Jay of Ewelme, Michael Jay. Michael Jay was educated at Winchester College, Magdalen College, Oxford, of which he is an honorary fellow, and the University of London’s SOAS. He served as a VSO teacher in Zambia.

Jay joined the Ministry of Overseas Development in 1969, serving in London, Washington (at the World Bank) in 1973 and as First Secretary (Development) at the British High Commission, New Delhi, in 1978. Jay transferred to the FCO in 1981, serving as Private Secretary to the junior Minister. Lord Carrington was Foreign Secretary at the time, another person who had been centrally involved with concealing organised sexual abuse and the associated wrongdoing in north Wales and elsewhere, including the sex and spy scandals as long ago as those which took place during Macmillan’s time in office (see post ‘In Memoriam – Bronwen, Lady Astor’). Carrington was First Lord of the Admiralty, 1959-63, so he’ll have been involved in concealing the crap detailed in my post ‘The Defence Of The Realm’ and during his long political career will have become aware of Dafydd’s role in the circles of Bertrand Russell and the Welsh Bloomsbury set, as described in my post ‘The Village’.

As Counsellor, Jay served in the European Secretariat of the Cabinet Office, 1985-87. He was posted as Counsellor in the Paris Embassy from 1987-90, returning to the FCO as Director for European Affairs until 1994 under Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd, who as Home Secretary had just spent a few years really pushing the boat out to assist Dafydd and the paedophiles (see posts ‘Security, Security’, ‘Additional Security Measures’  and ‘Include Me Out’). Jay was appointed Director General for European and Economic Affairs 1994-96, following which he became a Senior Associate Member of St Antony’s College, Oxford.

So Jay was in the Foreign Office under dear old Douglas – Douglas who worked for the security services – when someone in Somerset found themselves in receipt of a Coutts cheque. The receiver of that cheque barely even used a high street bank Douglas, he had spent his working life being paid in used notes in a small brown pay packet.

Left school at 15 with no qualifications? Worked in manual labouring jobs in Bridgwater for your whole life? Know someone who’s been targeted by the Westminster Paedophile Ring? Here, take a cheque from Coutts!

From July 1996 to Sept 2001 Jay was British Ambassador to France. During this tenure, he was the first British spokesman to speak publicly when Diana met a sticky end in that tunnel. In July 2001, Jay was appointed Head of the Diplomatic Service, a post he took up on 14 Jan 2002. In 2005 and 2006, Jay also served as the Prime Minister’s Personal Representative (Sherpa) for the G8 summits at Gleneagles and St Petersburg.

Jay was appointed a Companion of the Order of St Michael & St George in the 1992 Birthday Honours, which coincided nicely with the deaths of the five witnesses to the North Wales Child Abuse Scandal as a result of that firebomb in Brighton (see post ‘The Silence Of The Welsh Lambs’). Then he was promoted to Knight Commander in the 1997 New Year Honours. Anyone for a Public Inquiry which serves as a huge cover-up?

I’m surprised that Sir Ronnie Waterhouse didn’t find himself socialising with the plebiscite of Bridgwater just before he Chaired that Inquiry, it was obviously where the action was. Lilibet could have paid a state visit to Stogursey.

Lord Jay was the Chair of Merlin, the British health and medical aid agency, from 2007 until 2013. Now there’s interesting for you – one of Brown’s relatives worked for Merlin a few years before Michael Jay decided that his future lay with them as well.

Jay has been a non-executive director of Associated British Foods (2006-),Credit Agricole (2007-2011), EDF (2009-), Candover PLC (2008-) and Valeo SA (2007-). He is a Trustee of the Thomson Reuters Founders share company (2013-) and Chairman of the Advisory Council of the British Library (2011 -). Jay was Chairman of the House of Lords Appointments Commission from 2008 until 2013). He has served on sub-committees C, E and F of the House of Lords Select Committee on European Union affairs.

Jay married Sylvia Mylroie in 1975. In 2005 Lady Jay was appointed Vice-Chairman of L’Oreal UK & Ireland, then Chairman from 2011-2013.

A large cheque from Coutts. Because you’re worth it!

Sylvia has been a non-executive Director on the Board of Alcatel-Lucent and is non-executive Director of St-Gobain, Lazard and Casino Group. She is Chairman of the Pilgrim Trust and has been a trustee of the Prison Reform Trust and Entente Cordiale Scholarship Scheme.

When the authorities at De Montfort University received that mad poison pen letter telling them that Brown was a ‘known paedophile’ (see post ‘A Nasty, Ludicrous Poison Pen Letter’), it was signed ‘Sylvia Grenalda’. Databases were searched but no-one could find Sylvia. I presumed that the author’s name was probably Martin Jones or Elfed Roberts, but you never know, those who bank at Coutts have been interested in Brown and me for many years, so the author of the poison pen letter may have just used a false surname.

When that poison pen letter was sent, someone remarked to me that they did not know how Brown and I had withstood the decades of toxic harassment. Well I won’t say that it was ever part of our life’s plan, but those doing it do provide us with a great deal of entertainment.

Another relative of Ginny’s is Lord Matthew Oakeshott, who was formerly a Lib Dem. Oakeshott was educated at Charterhouse School, before attending University College, Oxford and Nuffield College, Oxford.

Oakeshott worked in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning of Kenya, 1968-70. During 1970 to 1972, Oakeshott undertook postgraduate studies at Nuffield College, Oxford, although he did not complete a graduate degree. He joined the Labour Party and served as a Councillor on Oxford City Council. Where Oakeshott will have found out about the abuse of children which was facilitated and concealed by Dr Vladimir and Barbara Kahan. By the time that Oakeshott was an Oxford Councillor, Babs was an advisor to Keith Joseph re children in care. See post ‘Always On The Side Of The Children’.

Oakeshott stood twice, unsuccessfully, for election to the Commons, as the Labour candidate for Horsham and Crawley in 1974 and then for the SDP-Liberal Alliance in Cambridge in 1983. Dr Death personally knew some of the Top Docs trafficking vulnerable people in north Wales and of course David Steel was up to his eyeballs re ignoring the activities of Jeremy Thorpe, Cyril Smith etc.

From 1972 to 1976, Oakeshott was a Parliamentary Assistant to Labour’s  Woy Jenkins in Opposition, funded by the Joseph Rowntree Social Service Trust. If anyone knew anything about concealing crimes against Little People, then Woy did, who later in his career became Blair’s mentor (see post ‘The Most Dangerous Man In The World – Part I’). The Joseph Rowntree Trust know a great deal about such matters as well but have never managed to say anything, despite their decades of work dedicated to helping The Poor. Woy, who was originally from south Wales, the son of a miner, led the SDP, 1982-83, whilst Dr Death’s mates were busy expanding their business in north Wales. Woy happened to be Chancellor of Oxford University when that institution gave Prof Mark Williams a home, on the basis of his research fraud which was Mindfulness, that he developed in collaboration with the paedophile gang when he worked with Dafydd et al in north Wales. Woy had of course colluded with the criminality of Dafydd and the paedophiles when Woy had been Home Secretary, 1974-76, under Wilson and then Callaghan. Woy was in post when Leo Abse and Dr Death succeeded in passing the Children Act 1975, which really opened the doors to the creation of numerous brothels in north Wales going under the name of children’s homes/residential schools.

Oakeshott was involved himself, because when Jenkins became Home Secretary, Oakeshott worked as his Special Advisor. Jenkins charged him with keeping ‘an eye on the Common Market ‘negotiation’ by forging a close relationship with George Thomson’s cabinet in Brussels, but also to keep him in touch with Labour party feeling and help write speeches and newspaper articles.’ Oakeshott was an instrumental part of the team that wrote the Limehouse Declaration.

The Top Docs and paedophiles of north Wales really loved Europe, not just because it provided them with an excuse to go on holiday, but because of the business opportunities that lay there. Dr Dafydd Alun Jones has links all over Europe and he speaks several European languages! Perhaps he can tell us the Breton for ‘mari-jew-ana’.

After learning at the knee of Woy and the gang of four, Oakeshott became a Director of Warburg Investment Management, a post which he held until 1981. He was then investment manager of the Courthaulds pension fund until 1985. Oakeshott was a founder director of OLIM in 1986 and is now Chairman of OLIM Property Limited, which invests in commercial property throughout the UK for pension funds, investment trusts and charities. He is joint investment director of Value and Income Trust plc (VIN).

Oakeshott picked up a life peerage in 2000, three months after the publication of the Waterhouse Report. He served as Lib Dem Treasury spokesman in the Lords, 2001-11 and as Pensions Spokesman from 2002-10. Oakeshott has been a leading enthusiast for Lords reform. As has everyone who is currently dining and slumbering in there.

Oakeshott parted company from the Lib Dems in 2014 after falling out with Cleggy. In an attempt to ‘help save our country from a Tory government cringing to Ukip’ in Jan 2015 Oakeshott donated £300,000 in total to 15 Labour candidates in the 2015 General Election, £300,000 to 15 Liberal Democrats and £10,000 to the Green Party’s sole MP, Caroline Lucas. In Feb 2015, Oakeshott was pictured wearing a red rossette and canvassing for Labour in Thurrock.

In 1976, Oakeshott married Philippa, a Top Doctor. They have two sons, Joseph and Luke and one daughter, Rachel. Oakeshott is related to journalist Isabel Oakeshott, who entertained the nation with her allegations that David Cameron had once placed his penis in the mouth of a dead pig, but had Isabel written about what some leading politicians really did in their efforts to conceal the Westminster Paedophile Ring, she’d have caused a worthwhile sensation. She will know about it, all the journos do. Not that Isabel could have mentioned Dafydd et al in her book, because it was bank rolled by Lord Ashcroft, who is the founder of Crimestoppers. Throughout the 1990s, Crimestoppers colluded with Dafydd and the gang and refused to act on a series of calls from one of Dafydd’s victims who rang Crimestoppers and provided them with details of some of Dafydd’s crimes, including dates and the names of victims/accessories. In the end Crimestoppers told this person to stop ringing because they would not be taking any action on the basis of any of the information provided.

Isabel could certainly have made herself useful if she’d written a volume about Matthew Oakeshott’s wife, Top Doctor Pippa. Pippa Oakeshott is Professor of General Practice in the Population Health Research Institute at St George’s Hospital Medical School! She is ‘a practising GP in Lambeth, London and her research at St George’s focuses mainly on women’s health’. So among Pippa’s patients will be the former kids in the care of Lambeth who were abused and trafficked, both in Lambeth children’s homes and when they were placed in children’s homes in north Wales by Lambeth Borough Council.

Professor Oakeshott has a strong background in randomised controlled trials and cohort studies in primary care. This includes six trials in 40 South London general practices, and one (the ‘POPI’ chlamydia screening trial) in 20 universities and further education colleges. She is co-investigator on a large UK Clinical Research Collaboration eSTI2, a consortium programme grant (a research project which aims to let people self-diagnose sexually transmitted diseases using their mobile phones).

So Pippa is yet another person who’s interest is in ‘wimmin’s health’ and who sees a stream of poor, vulnerable, sometimes very young wimmin (girls), who have contracted STIs or are constantly finding themselves with unwanted pregnancies. There will be big chummy wimmin’s smiles all around, reassurances about being ‘non-judgemental’, yet even in the face of very young, terrified, distressed girls, no-one will try to ask ‘who is it who has done this to you and are you trapped in a relationship with them when you’d rather not be?’

Wendy Savage became a feminist hero because she campaigned for abortion rights and being Wendy she was happy to perform terminations repeatedly on the same women. I was in a lecture in 1990 when Wendy boasted of terminating one patient more than 20 times. The Top Docs all around me could be heard taking sharp intakes of breath and a few brave souls said to Savage ‘you really should not be doing that’. Now I knew that in north Wales at that time, the Top Docs had conspired to make NHS abortions virtually impossible to obtain and I saw the carnage that resulted among women who couldn’t afford to go to the private abortion clinic in Chester – which must have been making a fortune out of the High Morals of the Top Docs in north Wales.

However, Wendy Savage practised as a gynaecologist in Tower Hamlets. Tower Hamlets was the poorest Borough in London. It was also one of the Borough’s which sent kids in care to children’s homes in north Wales and trafficked them back to London to work in the sex trade. I very much suspect that some of Wendy Savage’s patients had been forced into sex repeatedly, which was why they kept becoming pregnant when they didn’t want to. Wendy did not ask the obvious question. Instead she constructed the situation in the terms that Top Docs do when they are ignoring something terrible – it was all about ‘chaotic dysfunctional patients who would not take responsibility for contraception’. A few such people do exist, but I have spent years watching Top Docs, Angels and social workers constructing the victims of a bunch of sex traffickers in such a way, because it is a good deal easier than doing something about your own colleagues when they are involved with serious organised crime.

Wendy Savage was mates with Professor Geoffrey Chamberlain, who was carrying out major research fraud, colluding with Dafydd and the paedophiles in north Wales and with a linked paedophile gang in south London. In the mid 1960s, Chamberlain worked in Washington DC where he carried out experiments on at least one foetus of seven months gestation whom he had delivered by hysterectomy and subsequently killed after the experiments (see post ‘Now Then…’).

Wendy Savage was a big supporter of the Labour Party and they really loved having that Top Doc on board. A woman! A feminist! Unfortunately yet another Top Doc colluding with the rampant abuse of disadvantaged people. Wendy Savage’s battles with her Top Doc colleagues were always constructed by ‘The Guardian’ and ‘New Statesman’ as a war between a leftie woman and a bunch of male Tories who liked hi-tech medicine and telling wimmin in labour what to do. It wasn’t, they all just hated each other and as ever, the patients suffered in the cross-fire.

Wendy Savage refused to talk about her personal life in media interviews, which I can understand. Very little was known about her. She didn’t seem to hang out with other Top Docs and it was frequently commented upon that she married a black jazz musician. Now that would have taken Wendy into some George Mellyish circles of sexploitation of underaged people in a big way.

At St George’s I was friendly with one of the few really nice, sane Top Docs. She was a leftie with an interest in sociology and analysis and I used to love chatting to her. When I told her that I’d gone to Wendy Savage’s lecture, this Top Doc told me that Wendy Savage did worrying things that did not ever find their way into the press. This Top Doc had been taught by Savage when she was a medical student and she swore blind that she had been in the lecture on breastfeeding given by Wendy Savage, where Wendy Savage had said ‘you can even do it when they’re as small as these’, stripped off her shirt and gave the medical students an eyeful. The Top Doc who related that tale to me, to my knowledge, never told tall stories and she never participated in the tea room bitching and back-stabbing. I witnessed her repeatedly, very discreetly but effectively, protecting patients from Top Docs and Angels whom she knew to be dangerous. On one occasion she rescheduled a Caesarian because she simply told me ‘the registrar on duty this evening is off his head and I will not take the risk’.

Professor Oakeshott is also interested in hypertension and stroke. She was co-investigator on a community-based trial of home blood pressure monitoring in 380 hypertensive stroke patients and more recently on a trial of nurse-led blood pressure clinics in primary care. She has also been involved in studying the Cambridge cohort of 117 consecutive patients with treated open spina bifida and has just published the 45 year follow up. Her 180 publications include eight BMJ research papers.

I wonder if we can believe a word of what Prof Oakeshott has published.

Pippa Oakeshott joined St George’s in 1991 when she became a lecturer in general practice, combining clinical sessions in general practice with research and teaching. So Pippa was at St George’s when Chamberlain and Pearce committed their research fraud, when St George’s were colluding with Dafydd et al and when after one scandal too many, the Academic Dept of Obs and Gynae was closed down. Oakeshott is also a GP, so she’ll know that the local GP surgeries were colluding with the wrongdoing of the staff of St Georges, Springfield Hospital and Wandsworth Social Services, including crimes involving the distribution of Class A drugs (see post ‘A Galaxy Of Talent’). One surgery involved was Trevelyan Road, Tooting, where one of the GPs also held an academic post at St George’s. Another partner in the Trevelyan Road practice was Dr James Le Fanu, the medical correspondent for the Torygraph (see post ‘The Defence Of The Realm’).

Prior to taking up the Chair at St George’s, Pippa studied medicine at Cambridge University, did GP training at Barts’ and St Thomas’ Hospitals, and worked as a part-time GP on the Doctors’ Retainer Scheme.

So Pippa knows Dafydd’s mates at Barts’ and Tommy’s and she’ll know Ed and David Miliband’s Uncle Harry who worked at Tommy’s and whose dedication to the NHS moved Ed to tears whenever Ed remembered him. Particularly if Ed was on the campaign trail at the time.

From 2001-12 Professor Oakeshott was an Editorial Adviser to the BMJ. She is currently chair of a NIHR trial steering committee and member of the NIHR London Research for Patient Benefit advisory group.

Pippa arrived at St George’s the year that I was forced out of my job there. When all those reprobate children of the idle rich turned up in Somerset and opened their Coutts cheque books.

Virginia Bottomley’s cousin is Lord Julian Hunt, the dad of the former Labour MP Tristram hunt’s dad. Julian Hunt was Director General and Chief Executive of the British Meteorological Office, 1992-97. Hunt was made a life peer by Blair in 2000. Just after the Waterhouse Report was published. That peerage might have been given in return for forecasting the weather. But if I know anything about the people to whom Blair gave peerages, it could equally well have been because Julian Hunt was the leader on the Labour group of Cambridge City Council  in the 1970s, when the dung heap that involved wrongdoing in high places and sexual exploitation was concealed by Trumpers, as well as others (see post ’95 Glorious Years!’). It’s what propelled Trumpers into the Lords, it could well have worked for Baron Hunt of Chesterton. Furthermore Julian is Ginny’s cousin and probably knows about her previous sordid activities at the DoH.

Julian Hunt is Professor of Climate modelling in the Department of Space and Climate Physics and Department of Earth Sciences at UCL. He is Chairman of Cambridge Environmental Research Consultants Ltd.

Julian’s son Tristram was famously parachuted into Stoke-on-Trent Central by Blair as the Labour candidate in 2010. Ten years after his dad was given a peerage by Blair. For years Stoke-on-Trent/Staffordshire was the location of serious abuse of children in care which was ignored and concealed by everyone until the Pindown Scandal erupted in the 1980s. Barbara Kahan and Allan Levy co-chaired the Public Inquiry which followed (see post ‘Always On The Side Of The Children’). The usual practice was followed and serious abuse of children was admitted, but the extent and severity of the crime, as well as the number of people who knew about it, was left unacknowledged.

The NHS in Staffs was in a very sorry state as well, which was probably related to the presence of a gang in the area. Thousands of people died unnecessarily at Mid-Staffs and it was Blair’s Health Secretaries Andy Burnham and Alan Johnson who famously refused 82 requests to hold a public inquiry. Eventually a barrel of shit which almost rivalled north Wales exploded and splattered everyone. There are references in Hansard when John Major was PM to serious problems in the NHS in Staffordshire, but everyone refused to investigate.

Tristram Hunt went to University College School in Hampstead and then to Trinity College, Cambridge. Tristram might have been at University College School when Trumpers’ husband Alan Barker was Headmaster there. Tristram is a Fellow of the IPPR, which was established by the Windbag and has acted as a home for the children of Labour big wigs ever since. The best brains have all passed through the job creation scheme which is the IPPR – little Harmans, little Straws, little Milibands and Tristram. One wonders why so little progress has been made.

Tristram has grovelled with the best since graduation in 1995. He was a Labour Party activist and then during the 1997 General Election, Tristram worked for the Labour Party at Millbank. In 2005 he campaigned for Oona King in Bethnal and Bow. Oona is a black female version of Tristram – a privileged relative of Labour Party insiders who constructed herself as oppressed. George Galloway made mincemeat of her. George Galloway is not a pleasant man, but Oona is a lying cow who was asking for that. Oona is now Baroness Oona and has found her true home in the Lords, along with the others who are similarly oppressed.

When Ed deluded himself that he was going to be PM, Tristram was one of those who was causing Labour Party supporters known to me in Wales to seethe. The spectacle of those over-entitled prats who were actually telling journos which Cabinet jobs they would be occupying when Ed became PM inflicted more damage on the Labour Party than they will ever understand.

Tristram, the day that Jezza was voted leader, I sat in a sitting room with a bunch of Labour Party members and supporters and tears of laughter ran down our cheeks as we watched your faces. It was fantastic, Andy Burnham looked as though he could not believe what had just happened and his eyes glazed over in confusion as he tried to process the information, that snotty thin woman was shaking her head and saying ‘that’s it, I’m out of here’ and you looked as though you needed a bucket to throw up in. Then the phone started ringing with people celebrating the news that you lot would now have to just fuck off out of politics. As one of my friends observed, ‘they have done nothing, nothing at all, for the people of this country’. Stay at the V&A Tristram, you actually know how to run a museum.

As for people from Somerset suddenly finding themselves rubbing shoulders with Voices of Influence, yesterday somebody reminded me of something that I thought was entirely coincidental but very funny when it happened in 2002. Just when I was in the clutches of the paedophile gang yet again and this time they were going for the complete kill – I was arrested and charged with ‘threats to kill’ on the perjury of eight or nine Angels and Alun Davies, Davies was telling everyone who would listen that I would be going to prison for seven years and the police said the same. The case circulated around the court for two years before collapsing. By which time I’d lost my home and my job. There was then an attempt by the paedophiles’ friends to have me struck off the teaching register. My name was cleared by a junior Minister in Blair’s Gov’t who was then forced to defend himself in the media against allegations that he’d ‘allowed paedophiles to return to teaching’. Er no, he had cleared the name of at least one person who had been the target of a paedophile gang for two decades. I was later told how dreadful this man was – a ‘sinister’ ‘philanderer’ no less. Blair denied him a place in the Lords on the grounds that he didn’t trust this loose Welsh cannon.

Just how fucking nasty are you all up there in polite society in north Wales? And as for your plans to fit the Minister’s friend up for a criminal offence AFTER the paedophiles’ friends at the Walton Centre had managed to discover that there was ‘no treatment’ for his wife’s brain tumour, words fail me. Oh and I’ve been given the name of the suspect who wrote to the DES and requested that I should be struck off the teaching register. I am waiting for corroborating evidence, but if the person who did it is reading this, I am very, very disappointed in you. I respected and trusted you when I was doing PGCE and you KNEW what was happening to me. You also knew about that paedophile gang. Weak? Spineless? Doesn’t begin to describe you I’m afraid. You will no doubt be enjoying your very comfortable retirement after a lifetime of ignoring what was happening to disadavantaged kids and others in Gwynedd.

Regular readers will know that after the ‘threats to kill’ case collapsed against me, the PNC was unlawfully amended and a forged certificate of indictment was found in the possession of Chester Court stating that I had pleaded guilty to a charge of ‘violent disorder’. I have never even been charged with violent disorder. Then there was the forged letter found in the possession of the GMC relating to the same period of time, purporting to be from me (see post ‘The General Medical Council And Yet Another Forged Document’).

In the midst of all this, on Sept 22 2002, one of those in Somerset who had received so much money from somewhere after tripping over the hopeless aristos of England’s green and pleasant land as they all suddenly arrived at the Cottage Inn near Fiddington, went on the Countryside March to London. This person had no idea that the Countryside Alliance was bankrolled by the City and I was interested to hear that buses had been laid on from Somerset after local people had been reassured by the filthy rich global capitalists in the City that this march was about ‘country people’ who were suffering at the hands of that bastard Blair. Which indeed they were, Blair completely ignored rural poverty, he saw the countryside as a place where one had one’s country cottage, but I don’t think that the Countryside Alliance gave a bugger about rural poverty either.

Anyway, everyone was herded onto the coaches and off they went to London. Where, I was told, that they marched down through – down through where I wasn’t sure – only to be greeted by ‘office people’ hanging out of their windows cheering and waving and telling them that they were right behind their country cousins.

‘Ee when I went on an anti-apartheid march, I got shoved by a policeman and Brown was kneed in the knackers by another officer of the law. It just shows, it’s one law for a stage managed Countryside March orchestrated by some very rich City financiers and another law for the rest of us.

The excitement didn’t end there. The country cousin from Bridgwater bumped into Elinor Goodman and they had a chat! Of all the thousands of people on that march, Elinor Goodman happened to bump into someone who knew me! It’s not as if this person popped up to London on a regular basis, they’d probably only been there two or three times in their entire life, but there was Elinor Goodman just waiting for the Bridgwater contingent to get off that coach. The visitor from Bridgwater believed that Goodman was a journo with interests in ‘country things’.

Here’s Elinor’s CV as of 2005:

Career: 2005-present: Chair, Affordable Rural Housing Commission and presenter, BBC Radio 4’s A Week in Westminster; 1988-2005: political editor, Channel 4 News; 1982-1988 political correspondent, Channel 4 News; 1978-1982 political correspondent, Financial Times; 1971-78: consumer affairs correspondent, Financial Times.

Public Life: Board member, Hansard Society; former trustee, Wiltshire Community Foundation and Rowntree Reform Trust. Also served on government’s Hills Task Force.

More than 10 years after Elinor Chaired the Affordable Rural Housing Commission there is a substantial and growing problem with affordable housing in rural areas.

Elinor Goodman was married to Derek Scott, former economic adviser to Tony Blair.

Tory party leader Iain Duncan Smith went on the Countryside March, as did actors Vinnie Jones and Edward Fox, TV presenters Melvyn Bragg (Melvyn is a MIND ambassador) and Anne Robinson (who spends thousands of pounds on lame designer clothes and insulted the Welsh in a way in which she would never have dared insult Jewish, black or Asian people), comic Jim Davidson (Tory supporting alcoholic wife beater), Sir Ranulph Fiennes (brother of a surgeon at St George’s) and Earl Spencer. ‘Nuff said.

The Countryside Alliance originally campaigned against the proposed ban on hunting. There was of course an inquiry into hunting before the legislation was drawn up – Chaired by Sir Ronnie Waterhouse. It is extraordinary, the paedophiles’ friends were even given domain over hunting.

Do you speak Somerset Mr Blair? If so, how would you reply to the traditional Bridgwater greeting of ‘Alroight then?’ If I ever bump into you – although the only circumstances in which I would wish to do so is if you were in the dock and I was giving evidence against you – I won’t know whether to speak Bridgy or Welsh to you. I’m sorry to say that I don’t speak Blair.

I am a writer and a sociologist, originally from Somerset, but I’ve been based in Wales for most of my life. I had my first encounter with a mental health professional in 1984 at the age of 21. My GP described this man to my then partner – who also became a sociologist – as someone who had experienced ‘considerable success’. My meeting with this psychiatrist was a disaster and we attempted to complain about his insensitivity and highly inappropriate behaviour. That was the first time we were threatened and pressurised to withdraw a complaint against a mental health professional. This man is long dead – he was a retired psychiatrist from the North Wales Hospital Denbigh, T. Gwynne Williams, who was working shifts in the student health centre at University College of North Wales (now Bangor University). We discovered years later that this ‘successful man’ was notorious – he had been an enthusiastic lobotomist…
